Not a good deal for the money

I also had a bad experience with Princeton Place. My apartment was in the furthest corner of the building / complex, so I was right on top of the railroad tracks and the rather nasty neighborhood / bar / resturant that was my *view.*

I was paying for luxury, but no one told me about the train, and when I visited the resturant was closed. So things seemed quiet and they did nothing to disabuse me of this notion. My apartment was not cleaned when I got there and I had to nag them to clean it. And the Washer / Dryers in my building were broken. My neighbors were very noisey, (one allowed her children to run up and down the halls from 5 pm until 7 pm every night as their daily exercise) and I did complain, and nothing changed.

I currently live in a complex where the management takes noise complaints seriously -- and there is no noise -- the first day I moved in the place was spotless and I pay the same rent as I did at Princeton. The point is that if you are paying for a luxury apartment you shouldn't have to work with the girls in the office or *deal* with a train behind you. The rents, for Worcester, are sky high and more than one reviewer has mentioned the staff's deceptive nature. The apartments are refurbished, if you go to Princeton's website you will see that all Princeton apartment complexes are not new, but rather old places that Princeton cleaned up. Obviously you are going to have more problems with refurbished apartments than new. Considering how many new complexes there are the the area for about the same rent, I can't imagine why you would want to be there unless you needed the location.

The only good thing about the place was the Princeton Pledge that allows you to get out of the apartment if you don't like it. I used this option and got out of my lease.

Bottom line, if you go expecting a luxury place you will be disappointed. If you go looking for a decent apartment you will find it.
