Not what you would expect!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Once you sign the lease, the honey-moon is over. Noisy neighbors ( college kids and hokey players are among the tenants), the mgmt does not care about that and will do nothing ..you are on your own. And you can not break the lease. All what you get if you complain is empty promises...
The place is also next to the train track.
I can not wait to get out once the lease is up...
