I have lived here for 15 months now. The staff has always been reponsive - all of my maintenance problems have been solved in less than 24 hours.
When I was about to move in, the apt slated for me wasn't ready - so they gave me a bigger one at the same price as the smaller! My apt had new carpet and lino when I moved in.
The noise from the parking lot can be a little bad - but that's apt life for you. The train doesn't bother me at all, but then again I grew up with a train in my neighborhood.
Plowing, shoveling and salting is always done quickly. The plow guys even helped me shovel out my car twice last year! A god-send for a Southern transplant.
Yes it's expensive, but what apt in this area isn't''' It's the area, not the complex. If you don't like it, move to Rhode Island.

RI just as expensive and is a lot better than Worcester. Once you're here, you wouldn't want to go back.
