I worked at UMass Medical School and was able to walk to work every day.

I was not really satisfied with the noise level between apartments. Several times I had to call security because someone next door (the apartment next to us was reserved for "corporate" clients) was being very noisy.

Also, the neighborhood itself isn't the quietest; there's a train track just down the hill, and a fire station less than a block away.
