I was just informed of this site by one of my colleagues, after I recommended he take an apartmetn here. I have lived at Princeton Place for 8 years and even though life isn't perfect, I love coming home.

In reviewing some of the negative comments, I was starting to wonder if they really ever lived here. Then I thought, maybe they did, but were miffed when things didn't go their way. I could almost agree with the negative remarks about noise, but that has nothing to do with the apt. community or management service, its the city.

Let me just say this, I work in customer service and when a customer doesn't get their way (right or wrong), you always get the bad mouthing. Let me guess, you wanted to break your lease and they were holding you responsible, or forgot they manage and maintain 100's of apartments and your light bulb out in the closet is going to have to wait an extra day.

I have dealt with similar issues - they are policies put in place by the higher ups, the people in the office have been hired to implement/enforce them, it doesn't make them bad people.

Oh yeah the comment of college kids and "hokey" players was very intersting, considering my cousin couldn't get an apartment as a student at Clark Univ., the girls in the office were kind enough to explain the policies on college students, he understood and so did I. They don't encourage frat house type living here.

I would recommend this community! Just remember, it is an apartment community and last I checked, this is the city - expect a diverse, but considerate group of people as your neighbors.
