I still live here but am seriously considering a move soon. I love the apartment. I love the complex. I feel safe here. The rent is really expensive. I've had issues with maintenance but they EVENTUALLY get around to it. My biggest, biggest, biggest issue is how loud it is. I have no problem with the trains that go by or the fact that there is a fire station on the corner. Those noises I can deal with. But I can hear the people above me snoring, their kid bawling, them yelling at the kid. They sound like a herd of elephants up there. And apparently I have a new neighbor beside me now. She's got a nice, LOUD stereo. The office people tell me that we have concrete soundproofing. I'm wondering in which room that's in because there's NO WAY ANYTHING is soundproof here. Maybe the halls. The halls are really quiet. The laundry rooms are bad. They look nice but I've complained about the drier not working since I moved in. It costs $1.50 to do a load of laundry and then they're still just as wet when the hour's up.

I am very sorry to hear of your dissappointment. Please contact the rental office so we can address these concerns in a timely manner. Apologize for the miscommunication or misunderstanding on the "concrete soundproofing" - this is an apartment community. Living so close to others, you may be disturbed by their lifestyle, but one of the benefits of living with Princeton Place, is the management team is dedicated to resolving such disturbances. We want you to love coming home to Princeton Place. Looking forward to hearing from you.
