Pretty basic quality as far as apartments go, but clean.
Carpets are new and units well kept up.
Appliances are standard but newer.
The floor plan is pleasant.
The staff rocks.
The office staff is always pleasant, helpful, and professional (especially Ms.
H).
They have gone out of their way to make me comfortable in a new environment (I moved cross country).
They took the nightmare out of finding where to shop, where to get my hair done, etc etc etc...
The maintainence staff is friendly and helpful...and timely!
The pool is clean and staffed.
Tenants make regular use of the tennis courts.
Parents supervise their children - on the playground and elsewhere.
The gym is adequate.
Parking is plentiful
Online payment options/maintainence requests, etc make it easy for those of us who are busy.
the location is amazing.
it's five minutes to everywhere.
Shrewsbury street just a hop.
Easy access to Rt 9, hospitals, downtown, DCu center...
Neighborhood is highly ecclectic and diverse - mostly professionals/med students.
Neighbors highly respectful of each other.
Be aware: If the sound of happy playing/laughing children bothers you - this isn't the place for you!
If having respectful, nice neighbors bothers you - this is not the place for you!
If being surrounded by professionals ...
