I have been at Princeton Place for 2 years . The management has been very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the events they do for the residents every now and then and freshly baked cookies, lemonade, coffee available for the residents. This place has a great neighborhood. Easy access to Rt 9, Shrewbury Street and the Commuter Rail. There is no reason for me to move out of Princeton...the electric bill in the summer may shoot up to $250 but if you look at the rent I pay I think that compensates for the high electric bill...and yes the kids can noisy...and yes you have to walk 0.5 miles to throw ur garbage or drive up to the dumpster...I recently look around to compare Princeton to other aparments in the area and it still is my favorite place to be...the rent is higher everywhere else and the apartments are not as clean. I will be renewing my lease again! I am sorry to hear some of you had a bad experience with the management but not everybody has their own experiences and mine has been GREAT! and D Iorios is my favorite hair salon!!!
