good value From: hailey117@yahoo.com Date posted: 6/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2004   I lived at 376 Sunderland from fall of 1997 to late summer of 2004. I can't say I had any substantial complaints beyond the seemingly unnecessary removal of a tree shading the living room window. The lifeguards could have been more dilligent at appearing for work as well. Overall it was a good value for the money during the time I lived there.
