Redwood Hill Apartments

POOR HOUSING!! Please do not think of moving here!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have lived here for almost 2 years. Within 1 month of moving here, my car was broken into twice, and then stolen right in front of my eyes... that's right. I could see my car was driven away at 1 am from my apartment window, the headlight was off and I could not see who/how many people were involved in stealing the car. My roomate car was also broken into multiple times. Since then, I have heard many cars were broken into or stolen and one time I saw a nice car missing all of the 4 wheels and rims in the parking lot. It looks deceivingly safe in the complex, while in fact it is not safe at all. The neighbors also smoke heavily; you could smell everything from cooking and heavy haze of tobacco inside your apartment even if you open your window widely. You will either develop a lung disease or cancer just like if you smoke yourself. The shared living areas (staircase, front door area, etc)are filthy and have obnoxious odors. You will be told to move your car constantly, even if you are on vacation/away from Worcester, all year round or they would just tow your car away without you even knowing and you have to pay massive towing and storage fees yourself. I would never ever recommend anyone moving here. In fact, when my lease is up I will move ASAP from this horrible apartment complex. For the cost of rent, you will definitely be able to afford other much nicer and safer apartment than here. By the way, no pets are allowed, but other tenants do have dogs and cats and yes, you can hear and see them outside and inside the apartment. We do not feel safe living in this complex.
