I have live At the Royal Worcester for awhile and I know from personnel experience that Sandy and the new assistant manager Roxy are very friendly and personable. I am very happy that she finally hired a new person that will acutally assist her and not in the past the other girl would only be rude. I have read some of the other responses and do not find them to be true.. this is coming from a true resident..and do not appreciate the bad talk of the building i live in or the negative responsives of the people that try so hard to take care of the building and maintain it.. the maintenance staff is more than helpfull.. anyone that has anything negative to say has not lived here or has been in communication with the staff.. other responses were read and not everyone will believe them...there are always people that have nothing other to do but be involved in others business..it is so sad but i am very happy to be living here and am planning to stay much longer......a true resident and if i need to leave my name i will...since i noticed no one else will....L.B...i am not afraid to tell managment who i am.....

Hi, I just got on this site to see if by any chance their has been any improvements regarding the Royal Worcester, reviews. I have to say I have read many "Comments" since the last time I was on this site. I would like to comment. First, Once again the conditions of this building are very poor and in my opinion not good for anyone's health. Second, It is "NOT" Sandy's fault. This is her "JOB" not her building her problem. She is under someone elses rules and on someone elses property and has to do as she is told. Like anyone else she needs a job and she does it very, very well. Dealing with people isnt easy and it gets even harder when it is people that are never satisfied with what anyone does, the more you give the more they want. To attack Sandy as a mother is very cruel and to do it on this site is completely wrong. This site is for recommending or not recommending this building for a place to live and why. Not to curse threaten or attack another person. For all who are doing this, it doesnt help those who are looking to move to this building. What a person reads on this site does help them determine if they want to take a chance on this building. If a person reads all the reviews and comments they will find that many that live in this building like to argue and threaten each other.I will only say this one last thing. I still dont recommend this building to anyone. It has nothing to do with Sandy or the maintenance. It has to do with it is very old, water leaks, mold and other issues that only come from a very old brick building. It isnt healthy and whether anyone believes this or not I believe it will someday come out.

whatever SANDY! you must be nuts or on drugs if you recommend this place and half of it DOES have to do with YOU! You are very difficult to deal with not understanding at all. I am very confident that one day you will realize that after years and years of treating people like crap you will be treated the same way and not like it. Like the saying goes "What goes around comes back around" And don't worry who I am and request that I leave my name because it is all irrelevent. I was a resident and I am glad I am currently living at a place where my tenancy is valued.
