Their office is a mess, they don't have well manteined records of rent payments and WILL SEND A 14 DAYS EVICTION LETTER over just a few days late without previous notice(or in my case, I made the payment and yet they sent me a letter). The manager is very rude, treats tenants as if they were doing a favor to live there (as if they don't have MANY apartments vacant).
Also, the covered parking lot wich is paid is completely OPEN during snow storm. It gives a really hard time for people who pay to find a spot.
