flooding basements, poor repair work From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   these apartments, though conveniently located, are practically falling apart. Our basement would flood and the management basically told us that there was nothing they could do about it. Plaster would literally fall from the ceiling. Our tub lining was poorly sealed which caused horrible mold problems. No ventilation in the bathrooms either, which caused mold on ceilings as well. All around, not worth the investment.
