The apartment I lived was the one where our toilet began to spread water all over the upstairs upon trying to flush it; just six months before or so the sink also would not shut off and started to spray so badly before it could be under control that it flooded the downstairs and even started seeping into the kitchen through the ceiling. Managament may mean well, but they hell don't you just renovate -- give people new toilets, new sinks immediately'
