Landlord is difficult From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have very noisy neighbors. When they would not respond to my requests for quiet. I asked the building manager for help. He would not. I was not able to get a hold of the landlord. When I finally did, she did nothing to help, and in fact started waging accusations against me.
