My brother mentioned that he read some bad comments about Sutton Apartments so I had to speak up. I'm surprised that anyone would say anything bad about our home. We have lived here over 6 years. We're very happy here. The maintenance guys are so nice and take great care of these buildings. The grounds are so beautiful and it's so quiet here. I think the manager genuinely cares about us and makes sure everyone is safe and happy. That's my opinion and I'll mention this site to my neighbors.

Hi, I also lived in Suttn (see my review below). It's good that you like it there. Part of what you say I can relate to: grounds are beautiful, maintenance guys are indeed great. The management though... if you meet them during the weekend, those women can be nice. But have you met the woman who is there during the week? Yes she can put up a fake smile if she wants, but the only thing she cares about is her money. And I can tell you from experience: if you like it there, don't move out because they will definetly screw you for your security deposit, it's their policy, they have implicitly admitted that when I asked them. You can test it: tell them that you plan to move out in 2 months, then after a week tell them there is something broken in the apartment... You won't see those nice maintenance guys ever again and the costs are taken from your security deposit. Nice, uh?
