From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005   This place looks great from the outside.They re-did it a few years back about the time I first moved in. The color scheme in the hallways is ugly though. They keep this place clean especially when the head honchos come to inspect. Thats all they really care about, making sure this place looks good.Other than that your pretty much on your own as far as safety and complaints go. When I first moved in the staff gave me the whole " Good families live here,nice place, we care " speal. The very first day I moved in I got threats made against me.The noise was unbelieveable and I felt so unsafe I checked into a motel. Went to the 'we care' staff and all they did was talk to the individuals who were harrassing me. Called me back in to tell me " Oh we tried but the persons involved deny doing it so theres not much else we can do" Theres badly patched up walls and ceilings.They only let the heat go up to 65 in the winter.The kids are runnign everywhere screaming and swearing at each other. The lease is ----. Everyone disobeys it. The only thing management sticks to are that you must pay them to install your Air Conditioner (which they suck at ). That you cant leave trash in the hall(cause if the head dudes come there in trouble)and that if you dont pay them theyll kick you out. Other than that you can pretty much do whatever and they dont care. One neighbor almost punched a staff member,nothing happened. Ive seen kids play outside with knives. Parties till all hours( no security, no cops , no one cares). Basically as long as your not making the place look bad and therefor getting the management in trouble or written up they could give a rats poop hole what happens here.
