I have lived here in Wexford Village for a year now. I am moving at the end of my lease. I will be honest that the first 8 months were great. It depends entirely on who you have living around you and if they respect other people. People move in and out of here all of the time. Just recently a group of college kids have moved into my building who keep my family up all hours of the night. They are loud voice wise and foot wise. They yell out the windows. They play loud music and are having parties regularly. Then they go outside and puke on the driveway. And last night my husbands car was hit in the driveway. There have been many many breakins that have occurred in the last year also. It is gated and beautiful and you expect more security wise. I have felt that the staff was helpful when I had questions or problems. They really have no way of knowing if the people they rent to are respectful of others so I cannot put the blame on them for that. They have placed calls and spoken with the tenants when I have complained. The grounds are well kept and the apt was perfect when I moved in. The facilities are great and kept up. I really did love living here until the last few months when the new people moved in. We were told that no students are allowed to rent from here but that is entirely untrue. Since a bunch of them moved into my building there is never any parking after 6.
There are pluses and minuses to living here. If you get good neighbors then I strongly reccomend it. If you don't like hearing people stomping around above you, then be sure to get a 3rd floor apt! It's great having heat and hot water included also. Rent did go up this year which is unfortunate but it happens. They gave you the choice of siging for a new lease with less of an increase than new people moving in so that was nice also.

How do you know about the breakin's? Is it forced break in's? we are thinking about this place but that sorta concerns me... any additional info on that?
