HUD should be ashamed of themselves for allowing the things that go on to be happening.Such as people living in apartments that are for one person and the person who should be in the apartment is in a nursing home,has been for the last 3 months.(2)why is the complex no longer racially divided'its like spanish harlem just look at the garbage.(3)why are work orders taking atleast 3 months to a year to be filled out and your workers are here at 7:35 just about every day doing nothing'.who is responsible for changing the outside bulbs in the front and back of the apartments'wouldn't want to get electracuted they are full of water why is this' (put together poorly,and tenants refuse to keep paying for bulbs that do not work.)HOW is it people who live here can not leave their cars in the parking lots without them being registered or insured for any amount of time,but people who only work here can leave them in the lot as long as they want I said only work here.And We Pay Rent 'I see a lot of discrimination going on and it really needs to be addressed..thats why you keep having new faces in the office every month.ALL still spanish..why is this everyone here is not spanish speaking. WHY are the security guards going through personal files that they should not have any access too'I believe that's breach of confidentiality.YOU need to be wasting that little bit of money on the inside not the outside..spend some money on signs for people with these dogs to clean up their dogs poop..fix the porches that are falling apart and this was just resold and done over thts is even worse than before. Has anyone figured out why so many people are moving out that have been here for a long time'nothing that should be getting done is getting done.and your property manager she is sorry as well as her staff.. this is the worst group of staff that I have seen in a long time.. Last but not least I just want to know who do I sue when it's all said and done' HELPFUL HINTS: get staff that knows whats happening in the complex.fill the work orders in a timely manner.move people in that have been on real waiting lists not these lists that do not exzist thats part of the reason the complex has fallin and there are so many empty apartments now. no one here on payroll knows what's going on .It seems the tenants know more than the owners so why isnt anything being done about all the complaints... One last thing WAs the truck for work time or for the staffs enjoyment after work it sure works a lot of overtime and it sure has a lot of dents on it for a truck that was brand new,and its not used for much in this complex to be looking the way it does.oops almost forgot the mailbox on Chatham (4)has been broken for almost2 months when are they going to fix it so people off the street stop just helping themselves to the mail'and I am not talking about people who live here''It's people who no longer live here, I hope i have not wasted my time filling this out.I will be watching to see what happends and my next complaint will be to BOSTON.hope too see some change before it is too late. the complex has fallin and I don't see anyone putting it back together..My over all review is it is in bad shape don't be fooled by what's outside the whole place needs a make over from inside out..good bye.
