Take my advice, look at apartment before you sign lease. Model apt. was very nice but our apartment you had to walk up VERY steep steps, there were bugs, stove had gas leak, trim at bottom of wall had obviously gotten wet and not been replaced, living room window leaked like crazy when it rained, bathtub in apt. above ours leaked into our bathtub and was not fixed properly, air conditioning unit was actually IN the smaller bedroom and was VERY loud, no way you could sleep in there, plus it didnt cool well at all and molded up the walls. One of the worst places Ive ever lived.
