Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
Unless you enjoy apartments that are falling apart, maintance that can take 3 months to fix problems, A landlord who has had problems due to racial comments and doesn't want kids to play outside, due to the fact they may get loud on the playground.

I'm very glad to be gone from that hell hole, and would never consider getting another apartment from maryland management again.
