I have lived in Cranberry Run for 3yrs. At first everything was fine But, I guess Management is not screening they tenants well. They are several problems starting with the parking . 1. The parking is terrible. You have tenants that have no considerations for others like parking in two spots,or just not knowing how to park,playing there music so loud like if they are in a club. 2.Our washing machine and dryer are filthy you have to go to other building to wash and dry.3.Neighbor that slammed they doors and hang out in the hallway like they are in they apt littering and loitering. BEWARE!!!!!Newcomer thoroughly examined and inspect your apt 4.water leaking in the bedroom and bathroom,inspect your carpets might not be new nor steam clean.Back to the parking lot argument,screaming always some drama especially in the summer.Maintenance is not so bad what with they working with.Management needs a little work on they Mannerism. They also need more Lighting in the parking area and exit.i did not feel safe here.
