My husband and i lived here for 2 years. The first month we were there we had no cable even though we were told it was "cable ready". They told us the reason was that our home used to be the leasing office. Well thats fine but if you are renting it out the apartment should be done. Then the neighbors were very noisy and rude. It got better near the end of the first year so we stayed. The second year the toliet flooded several times. We were blamed and told to pay for damages. We had a plumber look at it and found out that it was a problem with there line. We did not pay for damages. I would never do it again even if they paid me.
