Maybe the previous writer lives in a bad building, but I don't have the noise problem. I live on the top floor, so that may help. As for the parking, I never have to park a mile away--sometimes not right in front, but the spaces are assigned. We've called maint one time in 2 years and that's pretty good for an apartment. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
