Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
Me and my son live in a 2 bedroom apartment here. We haven't had any problems. We are on the bottom floor and never hear the people over us. My son has met other children who he plays with outside and I feel very comfortable with him doing so. Occassionally, we have to park a little further away, but that is my only "complaint". Would recommend to everyone.
