I am very pleased with the community and my apartment here! I am a thirty something single women who needed a quiet place preferrably in a pretty setting because I like to run and I found it here. The office staff went out of their way to make my move in smooth and very easy. I was coming from out of state so the agent working with me even arranged to stay late so I would not have to stay in a hotel due to my evening arrival. The apartment was beautifully renovated and clean. I am enjoying the swimming pool in this hot weather which I did not have in my former residence. The repair men have been very friendly to me in the year I have been here and it was a pleasure to renew my lease recently and find that they did not skyrocket the rent. My neighbors are mostly quiet with only the expected occasional gatherings and such. The only down fall to my apartment is not having a washer and dryer in it but most places I checked in the area didn't and they keep the laundry facilities very clean.
