It is true what others have said -- look for high electric bills. Look out if you have children above you because it sounds like they are playing basketball ALL the time. They recently took out a garbage dumpster and didn't have the courtesy to advise the residents that use that dumpster. Instead they sent a notice threatening to charge $50 per bag of garbage left where outside of the one of the now overflowing dumpsters. The office staff when we first moved in were great -- helpful, great customer service. The new staff is abysmal. If you can get any of them to do any work at all it is a miracle. The maintenance staff is good and responsive. Parking in the back apartment lots is overflowing. If you look to rent here look for an apartment in the back section as it is much quieter and more private than in the front. There is nothing special about the apartments.
