i have a first floor apartment. i was told the noise level from the second floor was very low. that is not true. i feel like i have elephants above me. sometimes shaking the pictures on my walls. the children in the building went wild, even changing name labels on the mailboxes.let's not even talk about the slamming of doors, constant and all the time. the laundry room being used till 11:00pm. you can only complain to the rental office so many times without being a "nag". so my husband and i SUFFER.
