Apartment Good. Rent increase Bad

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
I have lived here for 3 years. With the exception of the invariable yearly rent increase, I am very satisfied. When I come home from work my apartment building is quiet and my neighbors almost non-existent. I have come out to my car after a heavy snow and seen every car on the lot not only dug out, but the windshield cleaned off as well.
