I lived in the apartment complex for a year 2003-2004. I moved out 30 days prior to my lease and they sued me for the months rent and kept my deposit. I had cleaned the place better than it was when i moved in, and they told me it was alright to move out one month early, due to getting married. I moved in in April and moved out end of March. So I did not stay the whole month of April.
Sucks hate the place.

The person who wrote this sounds as if they had broken their lease and were unhappy with the result. Our leases are for one year and it is pointed out at the time of lease signing which includes the automatic renewal. Our office states you can move out at anytime however you are responsible under your lease terms. Should you have failed to make payments or payment arrangements our office will sue you for the balance as any other buisness.
