We only had one major problem the years we lived here and that was our bottom floor apartment flooded a little during hurricane season. But maintenance came out right away and helped dry out our apartment. I live in Baltimore County now, and Woodsdale is so much better than the places my friends and I live and places I've looked at. Great staff, always a rapid response from maintenance, safe area, nice grounds, plenty of parking, great location and great price! If it wasn't such a drive into the city, we would have stayed there!
