check the lease dont sign it it is a year to year lease that renews automaticly. Do not believe a single word the staff says because they lie and then try to cheat you.

The staff is so rude, they enter your house without notice and some of my items are missing. Be advised you can finde better places that will not try to cheat you and give you a hard time every time you need a repair.

No parking and duck and goose crap all over.

They do not remove snow or ice in the winter.

Did you check the renewal policy when you signed your lease? Complexes usually require 30, 60 or 90 days notice prior to the end of the lease term. If you do not give the proper notice to vacate then Woodsdale would automatically renew your lease to whatever their lease renewal policy is, (i.e, month to month or year to year). Perhaps it would have been helpful if you read the renewal policy in your lease before you signed it. You are trying to make Woodsdale look like a bad complex by posting this online. All you really accomplished by posting this was showing your own stupidy for not reading a legally binding document before you signed it.
