I have lived here for 18 months now and I can tell you that this place is the worst experance I have ever had in 15 years of government service. Ducks and geese have over run the place spread their feces all over. I sought help from the Manager last year on a TDY assignment. I was told that I could not get out of my lease because I was not active duty. I had to turn down the assignment and lost over $10,000 income because of their threats to take me to court. This place is over priced and dirty. Maintenance is lacking. The people have a serious attitude in the office and I hate to even visit there. I have received a new job and will have to break the lease and they are going to take every penny they can. This place lacks morals that we as government service hold near and dear to our hearts. You would be better served in going to a more expensive townhouse or another apartment complex then living here. You will spend less in the long run in money and stresses take my word on it.

In response to your unbelievable comments is that TDY orders and PCS order are different. I thought by law PCS orders qualify for early termination without penalty to the tenant, as TDY orders are a temporary assignment and do not qualify for early termination. As part of the Federal Government I know that ONLY active duty military can terminate a lease without penalty, this DOES NOT APPLY to federal civil service employees!! Your reasons for being so hateful towards Woodsdale seem like you just simply did not get your way and are being very untruthful on a great staff that bends over backwards to suit any need that residents have! If you want to break your lease may I suggest you enlist in the military and serve your country.

Yeah, I worked at APG as a contractor for 4 years because the government workers were too lazy to do anything. Many slept at their desks, played Solitaire, and surfed the web. My heart bleeds for you. I suggest you continue working at APG and maybe load Tiger Woods new golf program if you get bored.
