What a dump, cockroaches and fleas. The staff hung up on me when i asked for someone to get rid of the bugs. The staff does all they can to put off doing any work. I can not believe how bad this place has gotten. Last year the pool was filled with green water up until middle may. The people here are loud and things have gone missing out of my appartment 3 times. When i complain they tell me to move if I dont like it here but I will still have to pay to the end of my lease. I can not wait until July. STAY FAR AWAY

1.) Obviously a pool that is not open between Labor Day and Memorial Day (the dates that are in the lease and posted at the pool) is not going to be spotless during the fall, winter, and spring. Algae grows in water, and the water isn't treated during the off months. Welcome to science. 2.) If you happen to have bugs (I've never had anything besides a stray cricket, who was promptly relocated thanks to a cup and piece of paper), it is your responsibility to take care of them, not the leasing office's. The complex sprays yearly for termites in every apartment to protect the foundation, and the lease states that vermin are the responsibility of the tenant and they are not cause to break the lease. I highly doubt the truthfulness of this rating... probably ran afoul of something or someone here because they don't like to follow rules.
