I have read the comments and I can concur with most of them. Woodadale has gone downhill in the last year. I am so upset with the management and their total lack of commitment to their tenants. They are all about making money and spending nothing or upkeep. I have put them on notice to clean up the common areas or I would terminate my lease. The whole place is overrun with geese and the management does not seem to care. My wife is pregnant and you cannot get in or out of the apartment without walking in goose crap. I commented to the manager Jan and she said no problem I have ordered rain for tomorrow. I cannot believe the lack of tack and total disregard for human respect. I have given my notice and I have accepted a job away from here. Jan seems to believe that she can force me to pay 5 more months rent. When I told her that they lied to me about the contract all she could was say was you signed it. Woodsdale plays on peoples trust and entice you into believing that this is a nice quiet neighborhood. It is far from the truth. I am attaching pictures of the geese overpopulation you can see for yourself. A picture is worth a thousand words. I can tell you this, do whatever you can to find another place to live. You will not be happy here as I was not and I did not have huge expectations. The rent was raised 2 times in 18 months and I am sure their greed has not been quenched. They did replace all the windows in the house but instead of using quality product and workers they used second rate windows and unskilled workers. Now instead of our apartment being energy efficient we have cold drafts in the winner and the air goes out In the summer. Our electricity bill went up 65% despite our changing all our lights to energy efficient bulbs and cutting back on the heat and air-conditioning. I have also lived thru the months of construction and the second rate work they did with the windows exchange. All in all I can tell you that I have never been in such a terrible place. If you have any options choose a different place to live and save yourself the heartache and financial loss of their one sided lease contract.

Please note that Mr. Senter has made the office feel threatened by him and has been asked not to return so this is his way at getting back at Woodsdale. We would have tried hard to rent his apartment........if he would have given us a chance. We are human. Now.... He is correct he is upset because he signed the lease and is being held responsible until his apartment is rented. All leases are explained and all residents have to intial all important areas. Rent has been raised on a yearly basis. We encourage people to read our lease because it is a legal document and they will be held to it. Plain and simple. The first time he complained about the geese is when he was told he was breaking his lease. Getting rid of the geese is not an easy task. We are working on it. Is Woodsdale infested with bugs no you can contact Western Exterminating at 410-252-9403. Is anyone in fear for their families, no drive around and notice all the families at our pond enjoying our ducks and geese. The months of construction was all of 2 days. Such lies. The windows are top of the line and if he had a complaint about air leakage he should have notified us and it would have been taken care of. Not one complaint was received from him concerning this matter. BGE had a huge increase in July but again it is Woodsdale fault.

Pictures do say a million words, a millions words of a trash free area with a quiet country like setting. No gang symbols written with spray paint, no torn or damanged shutters or roof tops. Thank you!

I haven't seen anything here to support most of these claims. So there are geese. If you didn't see them when you moved in, especially since there was a pond full of them at the entrance to the complex, that's not Woodsdale's fault. If you can provide hard data that say "most" (what does most even mean?) complexes go to a month-to-month lease after a year's commitment, then maybe I will listen. Until then, don't blow smoke up everyone's butts.

Maybe you do not like wildlife but I appreciate nature. These geese I have fed by hand and they are very pleasent. Maybe you should move to Edgewood or Baltimore where you can not even go out to take pictures. Hey, enjoy life and keep your complaining within your own residence. The rest of us enjoy real living.

Well I guess someone noticed the unprofessional behavior that I have seen all along. I also thought of following up with posting my PII (personally identifiable information) on this web blog. You people are not worth my time. I really could care less for myself but wished to make sure that other people are warned and don???t fall in the same trap. I should have demanded that all that was said in the office during the lease signing was also documented. Every point I made on here was addressed before I signed and I was assured that it was only a formality and standard lease. I was told that they have such a high demand for people to live there I would not have a problem when we would have to move short notice. This was my mistake and a lesson for you all. Require all side comments at the lease signing to be documented because the staff will have a short memory on all points that do not work in their favor when it comes time to go. PS I left my apartment in a better state then when I moved in and still to this date have not received my deposit back for the 15 days of time where Wooddale rented the apartment to the new tenant and also took my money.

JUST AS AN FYI TO ALL.... MANAGERS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM IS WHAT THIS MANAGER IS DOING PROFESSIONAL. MANAGERS DO NOT MAKE THEIR JOB PERSONAL. THEY DO NOT CALL TENANTS ABOUT BLOG POSTS ON THE INTERNET AND THEN THEY DEFINITELY DO NOT REPSOND TO TENANT ON THE INTERNET. THE MANAGER SHOULD KNOW BETTER THAN ANYONE THAT THIS IS PERSONAL AND PROPREITARY DATA/INFORMATION AND SHOULD NEVER BE DISCLOSED ON THE INTERNET. THIS MANAGER SHOULD NOT HAVE A JOB IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM AND BELIEVE ME I WILL BE NOTIFYING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU REGARDING THIS WEBSITE. RIDICULOUS!
