Yes I have moved out in January but have been paying $780 a month because of the auto renew lease. A word of advice, don t trust the so called you have my words from the Wooddale staff especially -------- you give your notice then you really see their true colors. Any promises made will be quickly forgotten and an immediate gouging of your wallet will begin. Be for warned with the staff at Wooddale they lack all understanding of morals or a sense of what is right. I just found out that they have rented my old apartment and only after I notified them and informed them of this did them then acknowledge that they found a new renter. ------------ added that I would have to keep paying the rent until the end of this month because she offered my paying their rent as an incentive to rent out the apartment. What a crock of ----!

Sounds angry... but if you didn't like the lease, you didn't have to sign it in the first place. This isn't the management's fault. They are well within their rights.

you are such a nasty person. i love jan and the staff at woodsdale. if you were too stupid to understand the lease agreement you should have hired yourself a lawyer. you are lucky that your apartment was rented at all. afterall YOU BROKE YOUR LEASE.WHY DON'T YOU JUST GIVE IT UP. NO ONE WANTES TO LISTEN TO YOUR ----.

I do cuz i been here for years and i mind my own business and dont bother anybody and i always get accused of something, whenever i go pay my rent, Jan is a ----- and everybody in that damn leasing office knows they all be kissing her ass!!
