Horrible and Costly Experience
Nothing like the brochure. Maintenance problems from the very start (read no A/C, dryer, and a few minutes of hot water). Windows spackled with gunk. Bees rule my porch. A lousy musty paint odor. Floors creak a LOT with every step. Do plan to hear

Staff is rude and steal grounds are dirty filled with goose and duck crap check the lease dont sign it it is a year to year lease that renews automaticly. Do not believe a single word the staff says because they lie and then try to cheat you.

Great staff and maintenance crew We only had one major problem the years we lived here and that was our bottom floor apartment flooded a little during hurricane season. But maintenance came out right away and helped dry out our apartment. I live in Baltimore County now, and Woodsdale is so much

Loved it I lived in Woodsdale from 2003-2005. We never had any problems. The staff was always helpful and maintenance came right away. The management takes great care of the grounds and snow is plowed as soon as it starts to slow down. For the area, they are the most reasonably priced.

Close proximity to shopping in Bel Air, quiet surroundings, and pleasant management.
Jan, the manager, is really sexy and quite responsive.
Overall, two thumbs up.
