They have a secured entrance and enough parking space. I am leaving in one of the Penthouse and I loved it. Actually most of the apartment are Condo, I wish I could own my, But my landlord love it too, so I have to paid the rend :-(
BTW, they are relatively cheaper than more apartment complexes and all utilities are included. Nice place to leave for everyone.

I have been living here here for the last 8 1/2 years(not by choice of course). At first I was a stay at home mom to two kids, but now I have gotten a job just so I can help my husband save up so we can get the hell out of here ASAP. The managemant staff has been horrible since I can remember....And what did they do? Replace that management staff with a dumber staff. When I first moved in this building there was a maintanence team. Now we are down to just two maintanence men for two Towers with 20 floors each and 13 apartments per floor. Therefore, if you put in a maintanence request, chances are they won't even get around to looking at your problem for at least two days(if you're lucky). And chances are once they come to your apartment to look at the problem, they will tell you that they don't fix that and you will have to get someone from the outside to fix it. Anyone living here who can't see that this place is infested with mice and roaches must be blind. There are holes all up and throughout these apartments and landry rooms(which by the way the machines are always broken). The exterminator just gives you sticky mice traps to put down, as if that is going to solve the rodent problems in these huge Towers. Children are constantly unsupervised in hallways, stairwells, and out back on what is suppose to be a basketball court. They need to build the children a playground on what used to be the basketball and tennis courts. The swiming pool needs to be maintained better. On numerous occassions this summer the pool had to be closed b/c the water was green in the baby pool and adult pool. The Borad of Directors are more concerned witht their titles than actually fixing up this place. That's why this building has had they same windows since the building was built b/c the board can't get the owners to agree on a price to replace the windows. In the winter time the windows rattle and the apartments get so cold, it feels like you don't have any windows. We have to put towels at the windowseal. And this is even with the heat on, which at times blows cool instead of hot. I would not reccommend anyone move in here. As a matter of fact, a lot of people have started movig out. There are a lot of vacant apartments on each floor. On my floor alone there are five vacant apartments out of thirteen. That was unheard of 6-8 years ago. There was a waiting list to move into both Towers. But these buildings have really gone down hill.......For anyone living in anyone of the Towers now listen to this. I was on the elevator and heard a guy talking to another guy. He was telling him that they were going to forclose on both of these Towers. He also told they guy if he didn't believe him he could ask the management staff. Word to the wise: Get your money right b/c these management people are cruel enough not to tell you anything until the last minute. I just pray me and my husband can save enough to get our family away from here before it even comes to that.
