I have lived in Presidential Towers for 1 year. The upkeep of the building is so bad. I just moved out last week. The building is infested with roaches and mice. The Department of Health has been to this location mutiple times.Sometimes the doors to building work and sometimes they do not. It takes 10 minutes to get an elevator in this building, due to only one elevator working most of the time. The Laundry rooms are full of roaches. The staff there believes that is sufficent to just send an flaky exterminator to place traps down. This place is infested which means the entire building needs to be exterminated. Everytime you bring these concerns to the building personnel, you are told there isn't anything they can due, and these are issues the board of directors, have to deal with these issues. I was miserable there. Save your money and sanity, do not move there!!!!!!!!You will hate it!!!!

Thanks for the honest review. The pictures and price was good. But lucky i know about the roaches
