It's infested, the upkeep is horrible, the board of directors have no idea what they're doing so the condo fees are exorbitantly high with no results. The building upkeep horrible as elevators are constantly broken, mice and cockroaches are everywhere, lots of flooding (put expensive furniture in storage so it won't get ruined), the building is falling apart as there are cracks and structural damage everywhere, holes and writing on the walls, torn wallpaper and old carpeting in the hallways. The residents are disrespectful as a group of kids threw property down on vehicles from their balcony during a party costing thousands of dollars in damage. Cars in their parking lot get broken into all the time because of the poor lighting and bad area. The building pays for security guards that do absolutly nothing but sit and talk to the front desk staff.
