Yes, there are some problems but as with anyother communtiy there are things that can be a little better. It is the renters and section 8 that have no value in the communtiy and parents who don't monitor or control their kid, as they vandlize, play in hallway with no respect for adults. PTC is trying very hard to change the problems created by this small protion and the problems related to economy. There are some very smart professional talent on the Board of Directros and I am very optomistic that thing will begin to get better than they have every been. Rule are beinging to be enforced and the bad seeds are being weeded out.

They are weeding out the bad seeds buy raising the condo dues and adding special project fees to the monthly dues.

I, for one, am not a bad seed. They are raising the condo fees to pocket more money. I am a renter, but I take care of my place and I don't abuse any of the onsite features. Special project fees is another phrase for "Giving raises to the Board and Management." Water is leaking all over the place. The grounds are unkept. The carpets smell stale, like mildew and unkept. They could atleast clean the carpets and put down some carpet freshners. There are mice in the building. Maintenance doesn't know how to do anything and they are slow. Anyone that takes up for this place is on the staff or Board b/c they are lying. There are gangs around here. Metzerott and Adelphi is a rough neighborhood guised as a safe community. Move to Southeast so you'd atleast know what you're getting. The rent and $1000 condo fees are EXTREMELY high for this building not to look and operate like Trump Towers. Come tour the grounds yourself and see.
