University Gardens Apartments

I hate living here...in the process of moving out!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/27/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   This is the worst apartment complex ever! There are roaches everywhere along with other bugs. No matter how much you clean they don't leave. Maintainence is terrible, they don't answer calls or come when they say. The people in the area are scary, and the location is just as scary. Towing is a problem and if you get towed then it's 160 bucks to get your car back. I'm a college student and i've only been there a month and already saw dozens of roaches, had air conditioner problems, neighbor problems, and parking problems. I'm getting out of this lease!!! Don't move here it will be the biggest mistake of your life. I can't sleep at night cause I am so uncomfortable and hate this place!
