What a hell hole! Me and my wife lived in the pathetic excuse for a living environment for a little over 7 months. We lived there on the military set-aside program. Needless to say, people who serve there country should not have to fight a war in their own apartment. The area was filled with drug dealers and inconsiderate people who sit on other people's cars while chugging Caronas in th parking lot. The tennants next door to us had about 5 children in a 1 bedroom apartment who seemed to just mindlessly put on football helmets and ram their heads into the wall where me and my wife made the foolish attempt to sleep every night. The laundry facility was filled with water and mudd after any time there was a mild rain. I even had the unfortunate experience of watching a 4 year old child defacate in the front lawn while his unattentive mother was talking to a neighbor on her front porch. I was not comfortable letting my wife walk in the neighborhood because of the high volume of perverts walking the street that seemed to have no home....well they can have this one. It seems that the Management at University Gardens are running what seems to be more like a halfway house in the ghetto than a home for decent people. Oh yeah, by the way, you might as well leave you car door unlocked so that some third rate car thief doesn't smash your window out to get your stereo like they did to me. If you are military, see your housing referral dept immediately to break your lease like me and my wife did.
