I have lived at University Gardens for one month and I have already submitted my notice that I will be moving out. The place it pretty bad. I'm not going to speak about the area because the area does not have anything to do with the inside of the apartment. The first day I moved in I noticed I had a few dead "guests" and a few of them have come since then. The apartments would be fine if, in my opinion, it wasn't for the terrible pest problem.

On a good note, they do work with you if you have not so good credit.

Yeah, they work with you just so that they can make their comissions! They know about the pest problems, but they don't care b/c it's not their own living situation. It takes "some kind of people" to deceive people like this.
