I'd rather be at the dentist with no anesthesia. This place is a nightmare. Constantly told by the staff that I owe money and will be charged late fees... until I go down there with receipts showing I paid rent early. You'd think that would be a good thing!!!! I gave my 30 day notice to vacate... was told I could cancel it or even extend it to the next month if needed up until the last day of my notice. I went to let them know I was going to do just that because I needed one more month to get up the money to move into another apt. "Ok, thanks for letting us know". One week later, a note on my door, on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON, saying I needed to call the office WITHIN 24 hours, Monday through Friday, That makes no sense when they left the notice Friday afternoon! Anyway, the letter states I must call them right away. I called Monday morning and was told that they were letting me know they had rented out my apartment for the next month. The 13 year old girl next door is constantly left on her own and proceeds to sit at night and toss a baseball at the wall we share, I have my a/c set at 80, use lights sparingly and my last electric bill was over 200 dollars. There is NO insulation at all, the roof leaks, you should be paying rent to the roaches as they're the real owners of the buildings, I have had a hard time falling asleep because of quiet nights, I'd gotten used to gunfire every night. The stupid gang MS13 has tagged the buildings. I'm glad I'm leaving as I'd rather be homeless than live here.
