Don't move here - appliances old - drugs - loiterers - ghetto - neverending roaches, no matter how much you spray or bomb - bed bugs - unsafe - i've never used the stove, it is nasty - very poor lighting - everything old and broken - thin walls - loud neighbors - burglaries - crimes....the list goes on
Oh and get ready to pay a TON for utilities - b/c the windows are almost as if they aren't there - you can feel the air coming through!

Yes, the obvious it to move, which I'm in the process of doing now, but I feel like the heat needs to be put on Univ. Gardens. I am one of many people who has literally lost EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE!!! Univ. Gardens knows that their buildings are infested, yet they refuse to do anything about it except to have the exterminator come and spray some stuff that the bed bugs must eat, because it sure doesn't kill them! Again, to everyone out there, please let me know if you're interested in coming together. Sometimes many have to come together as one in order to be heard. If we don't care and step up, nobody will do it for us.

I'm going through the same exact things......I will watch this board for mor info on how we can come together and get management to act right. An easy fix qwould be to just move but wh should we have to run? they damn sure ain't going to get no rent from roaches or bed bugs so theys hould want to work with us
