I know that you say that you are in the process of moving, but here's a suggestion - have maintenance look for holes in your kitchen - under the bottom cabinets, under the sink, behind the stove. I'm the 6 year resident who is in the process of getting out of Hell Gardens as well, so I completely empathize with your situation. I had the mouse issue a few years ago and they kept doing the same thing with me at first - just put traps down...which does nothing. They have to seal off the area they're coming from. And you have to reaise hell with them in order to get it done - shouldn't have to, but it's the only way to get results from them.
I also know of another tenant who had mice coming from the corner of the wall. The floor board was broken from being so old, so they chewed the the wood paneling that goes around the floor and came through. They had 5 mice in one night in their bedroom. Again, I know you said you're getting out of there, but just a suggestion from a Hell Gardens vet. Good luck to you!
