I recently moved out of this roach, mouse and rat haven to ( April 2009 ) and for one I have to say, ... I have never seen anything like it! let take you down the list..... ( 1 )The first time I seen the apartment was when I signed the lease and had to ask for directions to it. I was never taken on a tour or nothing. ( 2 ) The first week I was there, someone was stabbed to death, and it kept coming after that. Along with the gun shots EVERY night! The whole area stayed on the news a good month and a half! ( 3 ) I was lied to, being told that they had three bedrooms and that was not true. ( 4 ) My car was dented from the soccer ball being kicked around every evening in front of my balcony along with the loudness of the excitment of the game. My front windows were also broken out from this daily everyday event to! ( 4 )i found out later on that they only have two and one bd.rms., but the family that was over my head had to have ten people in there that stomped ran jumped dropped all day and all night.The people next to me had no respect for others and played there music so loud, I had to turn my t.v. vol. up to the max at 10 am so i could hear it! ( 5 ) make a complaint and nothing get's done about it, EVER! ( 6 ) THEY WERE FOREVER WORKING ON THE WATER! ( 7 ) roaches, mouse and rats was horrendous, I caught so many mice, if they were working, they could have paided rent to!! ( 8 ) You could not take out the trash without smelling urine all around the dumpster everyday! ( 9 ) I went on-line and there several sex offenders that live in and around the community, and they did background checks!! LOL!! yeah right!!! ( 10 ) You better check your door before you walk out of it because someone might be on the steps sleeping, passed out and your car for any scratches dents and damage because they will hit and run real quick!!
The rental office are unprofessional as can be with attitudes from hell!! I don't recommned any one with children or not to waste your time effort and money here. Days before I left, there was a dead sqirrel and rat sparreld across my steps. You be a fool if you want to. You will break your lease. The whole area is conjested with traffic and people and it never stops! Like NY.! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
