Though the management was very nice and worked with us on various issues, there were some things about this place that I just couldn't deal with. The first was the infestation of beg bugs and roaches. There were nights when I would put a bucket on each foot of the dining room table and sleep ontop of it so that I would not get bitten. They would exterminate frequently but they just kept coming back. It really gets to your head when you know that something is feeding on you at night. They finally kicked out the family beneath my apartment and when I looked into their place, there was blood smeared on the walls from their infestation of beg bugs. After they were taken care of, the problem wasn't as bad, but I don't want even one of those nasty bugs. Also, I couldn't leave food out even when preparing it because roaches would be all over it. They came in different varieties and were everywhere. I am a VERY clean person who wipes everything down with sanitizer and yet the roaches stayed. On top of all the bug problems, the cable guy assigned to this community made a sexual advance at me while I was home alone. Also, there is often loud music being played at night. Also, there were frequent leaks from the toilet above us that would leave toilet water dripping from the ceiling. Finally, the laundry rooms close after a certain hour and if your clothes are in there, too bad. You have to wait until morning to get them- that is if they are still there. I was so happy to leave this place in 2006. I hope they have improved since.

Omg! I used to live there and moved out last year. I had water leaking from living room ceiling and it was from the bathroom sink of the neighbors who lived above me. And I had a cable guy try to hit on me too! I used to work a PT job at night and this guy followed me home from University blvd all the way to the parking lot of my building. When i got out my car, he wanted to know what my name was and if he could talk to me. I got scared and ran to my apt. He tried to follow me in his car, yelling for me to come back. Thank God I moved out.
