A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE - Yes, there are some problems but as with anyother communtiy there are things that can be a little better. Love it The space is huge. I have a 3 bedroom Condo on the 2nd floor. I do not have the mice and roaches due to pest control weekly. If every one have pest control weekly, then the problem could be solved quicker.

New Owners It was a nice older apartment community until late. Note there is no maintance responce to problems I complained about leaking facuets, mice and no hot water, on avaerage the hot water is out some times 3 days, not a thing was done about the mice and the facuets still leak

Mold growth I recently had to contact a building inspector after discovering mold throughout my apartment. I am moving immediately. It was enough to deal with the roaches, mice, shots fired and someone kicking in my door, now I have mold growing around my windows and through my walls.
